We wish we had come to see you sooner.
Mr. and Mrs P
When a couple cohabit and are in love, it is wise to create a formal agreement about what they both want for the future, and what they would do if they decided to separate one day.
What I do is to help them decide what they need to include in their cohabitation agreement, look at the strong beliefs they hold about how relationship should be and come to terms with any areas that perhaps they don’t agree on, and find a positive way for them to embrace their differences.
Deeper relationship support
We all know how partners can experience loss of affection, care, intimacy and closeness in their relationship. What I do is to help them rediscover what they have lost and show them in a practical way how to create helpful ways of responding to each other’s vulnerability.
“Victoria is a truly empathetic counsellor who enabled me to think about my choices and options that were available to me, without putting any pressure upon me to find my way forward. She has given me a very supportive environment where I could talk about my concerns, which enabled me to feel heard and understood. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need” Kiren
